My journey to find good health began in 1996. I had fluctuated in weight from the age of 15, my dietary habits changed and evolved and were not always healthy in fact sometimes far from healthy. During school and Uni there were 2 particular years where my weight increased dramatically then in 1993 I decided to do something about it.
My early to late 20’s you could say were a whirlwind of living life in the party lane and my body was not exactly treated as a temple!
When I first came to see Dr Chris I was a wreck. I had really low energy, tummy bloating, depression, PMS etc. I couldn't understand what I was doing wrong. I considered myself very health conscious; a strict vegan, organic, no processed foods. When Chris explained my symptoms by showing me the cells in my blood it completely changed the way I understood my body.
Quite simply meeting Chris has changed my life!
I first visited Chris Manton in 2000. I had an executive role for a multinational, travelled all the time, and worked long hours. I was 37 at the time but often felt like a 50 year old. I knew at the time that I was operating in an unsustainable way and looked for solutions. I was unimpressed by regular medical practice or the "fad" health centers and pharmaceutical companies which offer package solutions for the masses.
